The Teston Team is excited to be the sponsor of the Cypress Lakes Cornhole Tournament taking place at the communities first ever Octoberfest on October 23rd. Back by popular demand we are continuing this fun event that brings neighbors together for a competitive and exciting game that just about anyone can play.

Sign Up Starts - 2:00 pm in the Rotunda
Play time starts - 4:00 pm in the Tennis Courts
Double Elimination Play
The first 16 teams to sign up of 2 players on each team will have a spot in the tournament. If you don't have a team mate, don't worry. We'll find you one! The sign up location will be at The Teston Team's tent located in the rotunda at the Cypress Lakes Clubhouse. Remember, this is limited to the FIRST 16 teams who sign up on the day of the event so make sure to get there early. Sign up starts at 2:00 on October 23rd.
2nd Place Team - $50 in gift cards
3rd Place Team - $30 in gift cards
Q: Do both team members need to be residents of Cypress Lakes?
A: We love CL and want to encourage as many residents as possible to come out and enjoy the fesitivities. While it's not required to have BOTH team members a resident of CL, we would love to see more CL neighbors participate.
Q: Do we need to bring our own cornhole board?
A: You do not need to bring your own board, however if you do have a tournament size board that you can bring than that would be greatly appreciated. The more boards we have at the tournament than the more teams we can have playing at one time.
Q: What do we do in the event of rain? Will the tournament still take place?
A: Yes. We will hold the tournament on the back patio near the pool under the covered area.
Q: Can we sign up earlier than the day of the event to ensure we have our spot.
A: Since there is no charge for playing and from past experience and unforseen last minute changes in teams on the day of prior tournaments we are asking that everybody who is wanting, willing and able to play come to the tent on October 23rd to put your team name on the list. This will ensure that we have the exact number of teams needed for our brackets.
Q: Can we bring food and drinks?
A: You can bring food and non alcoholic drinks to the Octoberfest event but we'd love for your support to our vendors who are there selling and serving food and drinks.
